Throwback to building restoration work we completed in 2018, in conjunction with Workspace Design & Build on behalf of ETC Urban Developments.  Union Lofts at Guildhall Street, Preston was a £3.5m scheme to create 18 luxury loft units in a former Victorian warehouse.  The original warehouse dates back to the 1890's when it was built as the Union Carriage Works, but before redevelopment had stood empty for 15 years.

 

Safe Industries Ltd were thrilled to be a part of the regeneration of this historic and important building, which forms part of the Preston City Centre landscape.  More importantly, we were extremely proud of the end results, enabling ETC Urban Developments to achieve their design ethos of industrial chic.
